I contacted Craig to carry out an EICR as my house didn't have one when I moved in.

A date to carry out the EICR was quickly organised and Craig arrived punctually and carried out the work in good time. I can't stress how remarkable this is because I contacted at least 12 other contractors in attempt to attain the EICR certificate and they were either impossible to contact (didn't answer the phone or didn't reply to text messages) or simply didn't do residential work.

A second visit was required to make the electrics safe and all issues found were explained clearly. The second visit went just as smoothly as the first and all the problems were fixed.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Craig's services again.

I had a leaking radiator and was told that I needed a new thermostat valve, Craig arrived when he said he would and got on with the job. He explained everything to me as he went along and has done a fantastic job. Craig is a very tidy worker and I would definitely recommend him.

We had a 1950s toilet which had a cracked cistern. Craig removed the old unit and sourced and installed a new modern unit. Owing to the age of the installation there were a few issues that Craig resolved along the way. Craig understood what we wanted done and did the job to a high standard, very efficiently, and very courteously as well. He was always punctual, did what he said he would do, and was very professional. Overall we are very happy with the job, and very pleased with the result.

I contacted Craig in relation to a toilet not working. He answered his phone promptly and politely. He turned up on time very friendly and professional wearing a Face Mask 😷. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and immediately knew which part to order. He nipped off to the supply shop and came back quickly replaced the part and the toilet is now fully operational and much quieter and smoother than ever before. I would like to thank Craig for such a professional and excellent value of service and highly recommend him to anyone.
